“My Driving Instructor Laura Jones was recommended to me as a calm and understanding Instructor. In comparison to previous Instructors I have had Laura was focused, relaxed and positive. I felt very prepared when my test came around and was pleasantly surprised to pass at the first time of asking. Laura got me into good habits by fault identification but in an encouraging way and the use of diagrams and the model car were also of great help when taking in information of the subject we were working on. I was very satisfied with the teaching and Customer Service and being a student midwife this pass is a necessity for getting to placements.
