Andy is our Customer services manager and heads up our call centre during the working week.


Andy was a fully qualified instructor himself before taking on the full-time role of customer services manager, so he has considerable knowledge and experience when it comes to helping and assisting potential customers with their questions and requirements.


His main duties are matching new customers with a suitable Driving Instructor, checking availability and confirming the booking details. Andy will also take lesson payments over the phone and be on hand for any queries that arise.
